How does the POA Registry work?
After you upload the document appointing a substitute decision maker, we issue keys to various parties who have a specific procedure to follow to access and/or activate a Power of Attorney.
Our innovative technology will help you plan for incapacity with the confidence that your substitute decision-makers will have access at the time of need.
While anybody can request to register or activate a document, only your lawyer/compliance department or our internal compliance department may approve the request.
